Team members at Community Links will earn Vacation pay, can participate in our 401K plan, are reimbursed for mileage, and receive paid training.  All back ground check  fees are covered by our agency.

As a Community Links Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals who are intellectually disabled through the challenges that they face in  everyday life.  Your day could include managing or attending medical appointments, transporting and helping with shopping needs and participation in community activities.  Some of our individuals need hands on help with their personal care.

As part of our team you will work with the individuals we serve to maintain, learn and improve skills that will enhance their quality of life and greater participation in their community.

Applicants must be 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma or GED, have reliable transportation, a good driving record and pass ChildLine, FBI, and State Police background checks.
